UltraCompare is a great tool for developer when it comes to comparing and merging source code. And if you are already using UltraEdit this is a natural choice since it integrates seamlessly into it. UltraCompare supports working with either 2 or 3 files at the same time - making your work much more flexible. UltraCompare compares individual files as well as complete directories of files - and even files in zip archives. Files can be access both on the local disk - but also on remote servers through FTP/SFTP. Both text as well as binary files can be compared - and it includes a special filter to compare Microsoft Word documents and RTF files. UltraCompare's merge features are fast and easy to work with - allowing you to quickly go through a large number of files with a minimal effort. |
