|
389 Directory Server (previously known as Fedora Directory Server) is an open source LDAP server with many advanced features and built for both high performance and reliability. The 389 Directory Server lets you manage users and groups. This can then be used as the database for your e-mail services, remote access authentication and much more. It also includes two web applications a phonebook and an organization chart. In the phonebook users can look-up others users' e-mail, telephone, etc. and even maintain their own data. The organization chart application lets users browse the entire organization in a tree like structure.
389 Directory Server can even synchronize with a Microsoft Active Directory server. |
